Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

By initiating a request to purchase Product(s) on (hereinafter referred to as the “Site/Platform”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Return and Refund Policy without any modifications. Customers are required to peruse and understand the terms of our Return and Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”). If you do not agree with the terms contained in our Return and Refund Policy, you are advised to not accept the same and may forthwith discontinue using the Site/Platform. Upon your agreement, the terms and conditions of the policy shall be binding.g.

Q. Can I cancel or change my Subscription after it has been placed?

Ans. Yes, you can cancel your subscription. We offer a significantly reduced rate in comparison to existing aggregator platforms in the market; hence this fee is nonrefundable. However, rest assured that any issues you experience while using the site will be addressed promptly and within a specified timeframe.

Q.  Can I cancel my orders?

Ans. Currently we are accepting orders only for Premium Sellers onboard Cleantech Mart. In such case, Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within 3 (three) hours of the order being placed. Order once placed cannot be changed. Additionally, promotional and discount codes cannot be applied post-order.

Q. How to return a product or Service?

Ans. To return a product ordered from, just follow below procedure: being an aggregator offers you hassle-free Returns as per the provision of the particular vendor. You may return any unopened item in its original packaging, Within 7 days of shipment receipt, for a full refund (less courier/shipping charges). Few of the sellers onboard Cleantech Mart may not provide return of their products which will be clearly mentioned on their Product page or shop profile.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product(s) being sold by our vendors, please return the material to the vendor and we will issue a full refund (less courier/shipping charges) upon receipt of material & quality check. When you intend to return a product, please email us the reason and we will send you a Return Invoice Number (RIN) and address where to return the product. Please place the item along with the RIN, original invoice into secure packaging, and ship it back to the address given in the email you received. Rest assured, we will refund the full cost of the returned item, less courier charges. This policy does not apply to custom printed orders. Custom printed orders are non-returnable.

Q. How to generate RIN?

Ans. Before returning a product, please email us the reason to place the return request and we will send you a Return Invoice Number (RIN) and the address to return the product.

Please do not return the product to the same courier person who delivers the order. An RIN is compulsory to process returns. To avoid any confusion or delays, our logistics partners are instructed to not accept a package as a return while performing a package delivery.

Q. What is the procedure when damaged products are received/delivered?

Ans. We take great care in packaging our products so they are transport-worthy. Nonetheless, if an item ordered by you was delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at within 4 hours of material receipt along with multiple time stamped photographs of the unopened package illustrating the damage. We will contact the logistics partner and initiate a transit damage claim if applicable. Once the claim is approved and material received back to our vendor, replacements will be sent out to you or refund will be sent to you.

Q. What is the expected timeline and mode of receiving refund?

Ans. Approved refunds are credited within 7-10 working days to the same payment option(s) originally used to make payment while placing the order.
